Description
These kefir overnight oats are a fun change to a favourite breakfast! You only need a few simple ingredients to prepare overnight oats with kefir milk to last you all week!

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain Kefir*
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- optional toppings: fresh fruit, chocolate chips, chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a medium mason jar or other container, stir together the rolled oats, maple syrup, chia seeds and Kefir until well combined.
- Place the lid on the jar or container and place the mixture into the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- When you’re ready to enjoy the oats in the morning, remove the lid and top the oats with berries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Oats will keep in the fridge, sealed, for up to 5 days.

*You can use full fat or low fat Kefir, or a flavoured Kefir!
