Description

Want to learn how to make lemonade without sugar? This easy honey lemonade recipe requires only 3 ingredients and contains no refined sugars!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (56 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey*
  • 4 cups ice cold water
  • ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemons into a measuring cup to ensure you get exactly 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Add the honey directly to the juice, and use a whisk to thoroughly combine the honey into the juice – do not leave any globs of honey left!
  2. Pour the honey and lemon mixture into a serving pitcher and top with the water. Stir to combine, then add ice and either serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Store the lemonade in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

*You may substitute the honey for agave syrup or maple syrup. The maple syrup will give the lemonade a subtle maple flavor (but its delicious).
