This ice cream can be made in 15 minutes and ready to eat in 5-6 hours!

AND

No special equipment necessary!

What you'll need....

-fresh (or frozen) strawberries -sugar  -heavy cream -condensed milk

Step by Step

1. Add the strawberries to a small pot on the stove.

2. Once simmering for a few minutes, use an immersion blender to puree the strawberries

3. Allow the strawberries to cool!

4. Whip the cream on high until stiff peaks form.

5. Fold in the condensed milk, followed by the strawberry puree.

6. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 5-6 hours!

- If you use frozen strawberries be sure to add a splash of water to the pot.
